Returns and refunds

by purchasing the product you agree to the following Policy

To request a refund, please send an email to info@minuko.com with your order number, a description of the problems and details of the complaint. The refund period is 14 working days from receipt of the shipment. We will process your request as soon as possible. You may need to send the ordered goods back to us to complete the refund. In case of non-delivery problems, please contact your local delivery company first and follow their instructions. We are not responsible for delivery of items without a tracking number, so we recommend using our tracking number delivery option for larger items. 
 

  1. after the shipment has been sent
    We are responsible for your parcel until it is dispatched, all parcels have a tracking number which you can use to keep track of it, please check it. Once the order has been shipped, the carrier and the customer are responsible for its delivery, if the package was delivered to you or your local post office without any problems, you are responsible for picking it up. Unfortunately it is not within our ability to track all shipments and their journey to you.
     

  2. returned shipments
    If the parcel cannot be delivered to you, it is usually stored for 2-3 weeks at your local post office, please keep checking the tracking of the parcel. If the parcel is not collected it will be returned and unfortunately you will forfeit any postage costs. If the parcel is marked as "unclaimed" when returned by the post office, there is no fault on the part of the carrier or the seller and therefore no refund will be given for the shipping cost.

  1. Custom items
    All products that require design and subsequent artproof shipping are in the custom category. These products are made in small pieces directly to the customer's specifications. Due to the fact that these products cannot be duplicated and sold to other customers, refunds cannot be requested for these products.
     

  2. Make to order
    All products of this type have a make to order label in the product information. These products are ordered in specific pieces or sizes according to the customer's requirements, therefore no refunds can be requested for these products.
